Silvia Costales, MFT, BCN, is a psychotherapist in private practice in Santa Rosa, California. Equal with her fascination with the human psyche, Silvia has long studied the health of the human body, so neurofeedback was a thrilling discovery and natural marriage for her in 2010. And she’s pretty sure Freud would have loved it too, if only he’d had the technology. She added neurofeedback to her practice in 2011, and was board certified in 2014. Silvia enjoys mentoring other psychotherapists who are new to the neurofeedback field, and hopefully helping them avoid some of the inevitable overwhelm of getting started. In her free time, Silvia enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends, family, her dog, and in nature.
