Course Description:  This course will present evidence that the presence of high delta can be due to retained primitive reflexes vs environmental toxins or TBI.

Level:  Intermediate & Advanced
 
Specific Learning objectives:

Based on the content of this presentation, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify which individuals have primitive reflexes
  • Apply how to test for primitive reflexes
  • Explain how to integrate primitive reflexes
  • Create better, faster QEEG changes
  • Identify bottom/up - lateralization - top-down approaches to brain health/training

    Instructors:

    Kelly Miller, DC

    Dr. Kelly Miller is a 1980 graduate of Logan University of Health Sciences in St. Louis, Missouri, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Miller received a Certification in Industrial/Occupational Health from Northwestern Chiropractic College in 1991. Dr. Miller worked as an ergonomic, safety-consultant, and after-care doctor for Food Barn, Ball’s Price Chopper, and Twentieth Century in the Kansas City Metropolitan area in the 1990’s. Dr. Miller received his certificate in Acupuncture in 1996, and is a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America. In 2001, Dr. Miller received his Certification as a Naturopathic Medical Doctor from the National Accreditation and Certification of Naturopathic Medical Doctors in Washington DC. Dr. Miller finished his Fellowship in Aging and Regenerative Medicine from the Brazil- American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine located in San Paulo, Brazil, in March 2014. Dr. Miller received his Certification in Functional Diagnostic Medicine from Functional Medicine University in December, 2014. Dr. Miller began his research in brain in 2015and published his Amazon Best Seller, Saving Your Brain: Causes, Prevention, and Reversal of Dementia/Alzheimer’s. Dr. Miller has taken training at the Carrick Institute and done a Fellowship with Dr. Robert Melillo, is Certified in the Melillo Method, and will be taking his board for the Fellowship in the next few months. Dr. Miller is finishing his monitoring on Neurofeedback and will be taking his Neurofeedback Certification test in the next few months. Dr. Miller’s clinical practice covers over forty-three years, treating over fifteen thousand patients. Dr. Miller is an international lecturer on the genetic, nutritional, and hormonal considerations related to heart health and brain health.
